Kedar Chimanpure- CEO and Managing Director

With a mission to spread and support the culture of entrepreneurship, Kedar Chimanpure sowed the seeds of Logistics way back in 1997 after completing his engineering studies. Under his sterling leadership the company made a quick transition from selling of hardware products (PC, LAN, WAN and other networking peripherals) to a profitable business in software solutions.

An ace at financials, he oversees all aspects of finance & accounting, investor relations, mergers & acquisitions, and marketing as well. His strong networking ability has helped in collaborating with industry partners for long term growth. A visionary, he aspires to convert Logistics into a Public Limited Company soon. Kedar Chimanpure is a BE Electronics from Pune University.

Sameer Sinkar- CTO

Inspired and mentored by Kedar Chimnpure, Sameer Sinkar has risen to the top by leading and executing several technological developments at Logistics since its embryonic stage. Infact all Logistics product offerings have been carefully crafted due to his superior technical competence and perfect understanding of the market requirements.

Sameer has spent 13 valuable years in the software industry with a proven track record of leading software technology projects to successful completion.He has extensive knowledge of the software process and software development lifecycle, testing methodologies, and application design and development. His strength lies in strategic and tactical project planning, development and implementation, documentation of processes and procedures, test plans, system analysis and problem resolution.

Ajay Nirantar- COO

Elite in experience, by over 18 years, Ajay Nirantar is a prudent professional with core competency in program & project management, software development and solutions architecting, especially in real time applications for the Industrial and Process Automation industry. With a global exposure in leading multiple programs on various platforms and functional domains, he has created and successfully implemented several Offshore Development Centers.

An effective leader, Ajay has commendable record in Business Development. With his fathomable understanding of the international market and Automation domain, Ajay leads all Business Development, Sales & Marketing and Pre-Sales activities at Logistics. Apart from regular operations of the company, Ajay drives various strategic initiatives, expansion plans, and ‘go-to- market’ strategies, instrumental in shaping the Company’s direction.

Prior to Logistics, Ajay Nirantar has worked with Blue Star, Tata Honeywell, Johnson Controls and SoftDEL Systems. Ajay is a BE in Electronics & Instrumentation from Amravati University and a BE in Elex, Engineering from College of Engineering, Badnera.
